Courtenay brings extensive experience from both the fitness and dance arenas. She began studying ballet at six, and continued her dance training learning other disciplines such as jazz, tap and lyrical. A graduate of the Alabama School of Fine Arts in Birmingham, she continued dance training and also studied theatre arts. To help pay for college, she began teaching aerobics and has continued to do so for the last twenty years. During this time she taught for and competed with the Fred Astaire Dance Studio, and became a certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Here is a great site that I use to log in my daily food intake for keeping track of my calories and nutrition. All you have to do is log in the correct portion of what you ate during each meal and the site will calculate your total calories as well as the percentages of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
Always remember, the results you are looking for begin in the kitchen, so be sure to know exactly what you are eating. Good Luck!
